Policies:

By signing up for lessons with Shana Rowe Jackson you are stating that you agree to the below terms. If these terms are not met, Shana Rowe Jackson reserves the right to terminate lessons at any time.

• Lessons are offered to adults and children 12 and up. Must be 18 years or older to sign up on lesson form.

• Parents of children must be available during the time of the lesson. The instructor is not a disciplinary and expects the full attention and respect of students.

• Parents please be mindful of your child’s attention span. Please do not sign up for a 1 hour lesson if your child will not be able to pay attention that long. It is not only a waste of your money, but it is not fair to the student or the instructor.

• Instructor requires 24 hours advance notice for novelty non-emergent cancellations. Emergent cancellations will be handled on a case to case basis. Lessons can be rescheduled up to two times, after which instructor can choose to terminate lessons and refund money.

• Instructor will also try to give 24 hours advance notice to students in non-emergent situations and will reschedule for the earliest convenience of the student. Refund will be issued if instructor cancels and cannot reschedule.

• As a general rule, there will be no refunds for lessons/services already rendered. Refunds for canceled lesson appointments will be handled on a case to case basis.

• The lessons do have set times, if things run over time wise, additional charges will apply.
